RENTAL Properties: Jeremy Allen White Interview
Ian talks with Shameless star Jeremy Allen White about his new thriller, The Rental! Director James Franco and co-writer Joe Swanberg deliver a new twist on the "Weekend Getaway Horror" sub-genre, with their film about two couples who discover that their rented home is not as private as they'd thought--a situation made even more complicated by disastrous secrets that are revealed over two very tense days.
White talks about creating his character, Josh; what it was like working with first-time feature director Franco; and how he's stayed creative in an era of halted studio production. There's also a bit of Shameless news, and a brief detour into Ian's shameless love of White's role in Movie 43!
